You will find this website committed to diversity in its layout and imagery. Categorizing places from around the world can be challenging since the images themselves tend to take on a life of their own. Please take the opportunity to explore its contents which I hope will both educate and in some cases - inspire.

The images contained here come from many far away places including Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Guyana, Ecuador, Galapagos, India, Nepal, Cambodia, China, Europe, England and of course the United States. Over the years it's easy to amass literally thousands of images, both film and digital, and adding the most meaningful will remain an ongoing project. This website is meant to convey the fine art as well as global aspects of a planet that is becoming increasingly flat, and in some cases cultures that are vanishing altogether.

I am working on my first book “Cambodia Awakening” – a fine art odyssey as interpreted through the eyes of Khmer Rouge survivors, due to be released in June. Though I was not there during the Killing Fields, I have read several of the odysseys of survivors - this country still endeavors to recover and like Africa, it's difficult to personalize the extent of human suffering until you witness it for yourself.

My background encompasses publications and clientele including Mammoth Hunt (Harpers Collins), Popular Photography, Golden Leaf Foundation and Adidas US.

Juried competitions include The Great Photography Weekend with Galen Rowell (3rd Place Scenic), Portland Bridge Festival, NewSpace Center for Photography and the upcoming Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts Special Exhibit – Photography: Pinhole to iPhone.

My mentors include the late Galen Rowell, Nevada Weir, Tony Corbell (Santa Fe Photo Workshops), and Miguel Gandert.
