December 12 Zoom Book Discussion - Surviving the Cult of Scientology

November 26, 2020  •  Leave a Comment

I’ll be having a discussion on my book The Thunderstorms of Eden - available on Amazon - on Zoom December 12th at 10:00. a.m. For those that follow Leah Remini’s “Scientology and the Aftermath” series (Scientology being my downfall), and also NXVIM on Netflix, you will be interested in this discussion. Cults have very specific characteristics and for children causes unique and devastating long-term trauma.

My Infrared series from Japan - using the Adobe Spark products to make shorts that can be uploaded to Instagram and Facebook.  It's a great way to get my work portfolios onto Social Media sites.

Black Lives Are Beautiful - Black Lives Matter

Over the years I've had the privilege of photographing these lovely women. One got published in National Geographic for a National Women's Day #portraitsofstrength editorial. Another is in the Regional Arts & Culture Council's permanent collection celebrating diversity. I have found such profound beauty, grit, resilience and sisterhood here - I am truly fortunate to know them. #blacklivesarebeautiful #blacklivesmatter
